Building Blocks of the Body

What are the building blocks of the body and what is our body made of?

Quoting Dr. Bernard Jensen in his book, “The Chemistry of Man”, he says “Thus, we need to be aware that food is more than protein, carbohydrates, fats, pulp and fiber. It is a level of deep thought. If we want to raise our bodies to a higher level of health, we must go to the food vibrations our bodies should have and which are found in the whole, pure and natural foods. “

“It is a deep level of thought.” Wow! So the building blocks of our body are actually deep levels of thoughts and when we eat maybe some of our discomfort with our foods is the dissonance between the food and the thoughts they contain, to our own thoughts about ourselves.

When we eat, do we eat with gratitude and even notice what we eat? When we eat do we hurry through it barely stopping to chew the food, gulping it down as we race out the door?

Are we even conscious of our thoughts when we eat?

This is part of the reason why people are encouraged by most theologies to pause and give thanks before eating.

So if our bodies are actually fed by deep levels of thought, it would be good to know a little bit about what these thoughts might be. Let’s take a few foods and talk about what the thought might be behind them.

Starting with Sodium, we find that celery, carrots, spinach, strawberries, apples, asparagus, beets, cucumbers, radishes, plums, and turnips, just to name a few, provide this vital nutrient to the body. But sodium isn’t the only nutrient that is provided by these foods. Just as you don’t have one predominant thought, foods do not contain one element only, but are a balanced offering from earth. They contain many other elements as well.

Take the humble apple – some of the nutrients you will get from an apple are calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, sodium, zinc, copper, manganese, selenium, fluoride, Vitamin A, C, D, E, K, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Niacin, B6, Folate, B5, B12, Choline, and it even contains some fatty acids. Apples also provide the very important fiber we all need in our diets. Ok, so this is a lot of deep level thought going on here. And who thought it?
