Another belief that was cutting her short of finishing her workout routines was pessimism or feeling what’s the use? As you can see these two beliefs are closely related. What was the solution for this?
Because these are deep seated beliefs running in the unconscious she needed the tools we call Soul Records 1. These are programmed gemstones that she wears on her navel. Wearing them on the navel is an important part of this equation as it is an important energy entrance point for the body.
When she wore these stones on her navel, she was able to increase her workout time from 5 minutes to 15 minutes on the first day.
Maybe it’s time to re-examine some of our beliefs. We have all heard of isometric exercises where strength is gained by using our own body’s resistance. We have heard of the prisoner who was not able to exercise because he was in solitary confinement, but each day he imagined playing a game of golf. When he was released from prison he went out and played golf and was better than when he went into prison. This was accomplished using the power of his imagination.
Athletes are now being taught to go through the motions of their sport in their mind and have been measured afterwards and it was found that they built more muscle than those who worked out in the usual ways.
The good news is that you can change your beliefs. The beliefs that are keeping you from being all you can be, from experiencing all you can experience, the ones that are holding you back from the best life has to offer.
Now the big question is do I really want to change, which will eliminate the statement that I can’t change and bring us closer to the truth that maybe I don’t want to change and why is that?
